Yes, I did turn off the server. No, I will not turn them on for a while and don't bitch. I have some grave security concerns related to a recent Episode 2 engine exploit. For the aforementioned reasons I cannot allow the servers to be hacked. I have vital information that talks to the website and can be used against us.

 "This email is to tell you about the new upload and download bug that Valve haven't fixed,


This bug allows anyone to be able to download your server.cfg and steal your rcon password,

it also enables them to upload files to your server.

My recommendation is to shut down your server until further notice, this is completely upto you,

it will be alot safer for your server to keep it shut down until Valve bring out a fix.

I will send out an email when Valve have fixed it. "
